This year, I wanted to spend my 27th birthday away from the cold and Cancun was our destination. We visited the famous Chichen Itza ruins, which is the New 7 Wonders Of The World. The architecture is amazing and still in piece (for the most part) from 1000 years. We also stopped for a swim in a 100ft cenotes- oh my was the water luke warm and refreshing. Another year gone and another year wiser, LOL.
