D Family & adorable 3 month old Baby B

I met this new family just shortly after Christmas.  Congratulations on your new family, so much fun right?  I must say I haven't meet a family for a while that was so addictively funny as much as they were.  I love seeing families that laugh, after all its good for the heart especially for their adorable son.  Baby B, I can tell has every bits and piece of his mother and fathers personality; super smiley, happy and at time serious.  He definitely made his mother work a little hard for the camera...sure worth it.

Gorgeous W Family + 4 month Baby P

Meet my childhood best friend Lot.  We met in Grade 1 and became friends quickly.  We also went to the same high school and sadly lost contact after.  The last time we saw each other in 2008 was at her niece's wedding and thanks to Facebook we were reconnected when she asked me take photographs for her adorable little man.  Our lives has been similarly parallel, we're both married and first-time mothers.  Not much had changed in her personality, Lot  had the laugh I remembered as a child/teenager and beautiful as I had last seen her. 

Thank you so much Lot for a great afternoon, it was so great to catch up!

So happy to introduce Baby P, who is 4 months old and has been hitting 90 percentile for height and weight.  How cute is he?

And here we are, I wish I had some photos of us 'back in the day', I know my mother has some of us in her albums, will have to grab those next time.  I'm already looking forward to seeing you next time and take more photos of the three (4 including Chopper).

Boy oh boy I decided last minute I would drive back home, spent exactly 48 hours, pick up my little sister for her birthday and bring her back to Boston for the holidays.  Let's just say my bottom and back were not happy near the 8th hour of my 10 hour drive.  I don't think I'll do that commute until this summer when we make it a two week road trip, this way my husband and I can help split the drive.

We had a very special Christmas, my cousin from London, UK, visited Boston for the first time.  My family joined in on the festivities Christmas Eve.  In my previous posting, I mentioned we had a seafood dinner, indeed we did, it was yummy!

Here are some of my favorites from of my sisters during my very short visit.  I was also able to squeeze in a few photo session which included catching up with a childhood friend and a family with their extended families...stay tuned.

Jenny & her mom :: Fall Model Photo shoot

I met Jenny in 2010 when we worked together at Copley Place in Boston.  First impressions, she was sweet, kind, fun and overall I could tell a very good person with a good heart!  So I knew she grew up in a loving family with loving parents, how generous was it of Jenny, who works full-time to use her personal time for helping me build my portfolio.   She also brought along her beautiful mom, who's awesome.  I couldn't have asked for more, they were naturals in front of the camera and were really just enjoying "mother-daughter" so sweet.  Thank you so much for being my models and I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I love taking them of both of you.

G & A :: Family

This was one fun family vacation for us with our dear friends, G & A.  While my husband splashed his feet {away} in the water and my son sleeping {away} in his stroller...this made it SUPER easy for shooting-baby-free!  Thanks for asking me to take these!

G & A wanted to give a personalized gift to their families this year- a family portrait.  When  asked to  while we stayed with them in Sarasota, without hesitation, I said heck ya!  I also suggested we do a mini photo shoot of just the two-you know get a little playful and romantic.  What a gorgeous couple they are and I had so much fun!  Wait until you meet their super adorable and beautiful kids coming in my next posting.
